SUPER BOWL PROMO TERMS

1. Eligibility:

This promotion is applicable to one (1) head coach of a WIAA-recognized football team in divisions 1A, 2A, 3A, or 4A.

2. Fundraising Requirement:

The team must complete at least one (1) Team Card fundraiser with Smash Fundraising either digital or traditional plastic during the same season in which the team competes for the state championship.

The fundraiser must meet a minimum gross revenue of $30,000. Fundraisers generating less than this amount are considered underperforming and do not qualify for this promotion.

3. Fund Allocation Requirement:

At least 75% of the total funds raised through the team’s ASB account and/or any associated booster clubs must be generated through Smash Fundraising.

Smash Fundraising may require financial documentation, including a ledger of ASB and booster club funds, to verify compliance. The coach is responsible for obtaining and providing this documentation if requested.

4. Applicable Super Bowl:

The Super Bowl ticket reward applies to the first Super Bowl following the championship season in which the team wins.

5. Reward Redemption Process:

The head coach must notify their Smash representative of their eligibility and intent to claim the reward within 10 days of winning the state championship.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward.

6. Super Bowl Ticket Details & Coverage:

  • The reward consists of one (1) standard admission ticket to the applicable Super Bowl, selected at Smash Fundraising’s sole discretion.

Smash Fundraising does NOT cover travel expenses, lodging, food, or any other associated costs, except in cases where the team is deemed a highest-performing fundraiser. Teams with highest-performing fundraisers, as determined by Smash Fundraising, may receive additional covered expenses, including airfare, hotel accommodations, and other travel-related costs.

7. Cash Substitution Option:

The Super Bowl ticket may be exchanged for a cash alternative of $3,000 at the coach’s discretion.

Smash Fundraising does not witness, verify, or assume liability for any personal arrangements made in relation to the cash redemption.

8. Right to Substitute or Modify:

Smash Fundraising reserves the right to substitute the Super Bowl ticket for a $3,000 cash payout in the event of ticket price volatility, force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), unforeseen circumstances, or any reason at its discretion.

9. Ticket Transfer Policy:

The Super Bowl ticket may be transferred or gifted.

If transferred, the coach must notify their Smash representative in advance.

Transfer of the ticket does not release the original coach from the marketing obligations outlined in this agreement (see below). The recipient of the ticket is not required to participate in marketing efforts.

10. Marketing & Publicity Release:

By accepting the reward, the head coach grants Smash Fundraising permission to use their name, image, and likeness for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, promotional materials, and event-related coverage.

11. Tax Responsibility:

Smash Fundraising will cover any applicable taxes related to the ticket itself.

If the coach chooses the $3,000 cash alternative, they are solely responsible for any applicable taxes. Smash Fundraising does not provide tax advice.
